Every Super Stuffie is personalized and printed to order from the exact artwork you approved, so we can't accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or defective

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or otherwise not as approved, email hello@superstuffie.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint it at no cost.

Before it prints

Once an order enters production, changes to the artwork, size or frame aren't possible. Take a good look at the preview before checking out — what you see is what we print.

Digital downloads

Digital files are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once downloaded.
